Negative Ions and the Importance of Beeswax Candles

Have you ever sat by a rushing river or a waterfall and felt a sense of relief? Have you taken a swim in the ocean and felt an unparalleled sense of being cleansed?

Negative Ions can take part of the credit for those wonderful experience. They are released by moving water. Negative Ions sound like a bad thing but they are a wonderful thing for your energy and environment! They clear the air of physical particles that can irritate you. Research has been done in their use in helping with allergies and poor air quality with great results! Another feature of Negative Ions is that they clear our energetic body from Electromagnetic clutter caused by Electromagnetic Frequencies (EMFs). We are exposed to an astronomical increases of EMFs over the past 40 years due to our electronic-driven lifestyle.

The way we all now tend to live, we are inside sealed homes without a lot of air flow, especially in the winter. And, with Covid-19 looming large, we will probably spend more time that usual in our homes this winter without a break. Adding elements into your home that release Negative Ions will clear your air and elevate your mood!

I often recommend that clients add items to their home that will release negative Ions, but unfortunately we can’t all live next to a waterfall. Happily, salt lamps emit Negative Ions. Their circle of influence is small, though, so I suggest you create a cluster of them, or put one near where you will be sitting for a long time.

In other good news, there is ONE type of candle that is actually good for the environment in your home - BEESWAX candles also emit Negative Ions! So consider getting a gorgeous candle holder that you love (if you ask me, a carved crystal would me amazing!), and burn a beeswax candle in your living space each day!

Lots of love for healthy air quality, and an energetically supportive living space,

Emelie
