As some of you may know, I am currently taking a certification course in Energy Healing. I am so excited about it because it will enable me to bring more healing modalities to my clients. One thing that has really been coming up for me as I engage in the coursework is past life work.
As my sister and I discussed on her podcast You Are Not Alone, I know a lot about my own past lives and it informs how I understand my journey in this life. It helps me see clearly why I came to this earth for this lifetime, and what my purpose is here. It also explains some of the ‘unexplainable’ feeling that can happen. For me, I know I was a nun in a recent life, and I know I spend more than one lifetime in a cloistered religious community, spending a lot of time in prayer. I benefit from this practice in this life with my deeply felt immediate connection to the Divine. That is a relationship I treasure, and I know I spend many lifetimes developing.
Did you know that you may need to heal troubles from a past life in order to get free in this life? It can show up as a nagging feeling, a recurring problem, or a seemingly unresolvable pattern. By moving into a space where you find knowledge about these past issues, you can find healing and a new way forward into a more whole self in this life.
