I know so many of us have been isolated during Covid. Some of us, like me, have been with our immediate family and some of us have been totally alone as we have all faced the situation of a global pandemic. I am delighted to say that Valentine’s Day brings us all an opportunity. It is a chance to focus on the heart. Whether you are in a romantic love relationship, or in relationship with a family member or two, or separated from other people, the season of love is for all of us. No one is alone when we all work on the important work of growing our knowledge of our hearts and growing our connection with Universal compassion. This work can be done alone, or with others.
